- Please come at least 1 hour before departure.
- Printed voucher and valid ID must be presented to get the actual ticket.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be resold.
- NO SHOW automatically forfeits the ticket.
- Rebooking is possible within 72 hours before the departure time.
- The free luggage allowance is two(2) pieces regular-sized luggage or up to ten (10) kilograms. Any excess will be charged at the terminal, accordingly.
- Children under 3 years old can go on adults lap free of charge.
- Please be patient: along the way, the bus also picks up passengers, who booked online or made a manual reservation in advance.
- It usually gets colder because of air conditioning, please understand that the bus crew is balancing the temperature in and outside the bus to avoid moisture to occur on the windows, especially on the windshield of the driver.
- We do not provide blankets anymore as previous passengers did not return to bus staff and for safety purposes during this pandemic.
- No Wi-Fi onboard as it is impossible due to the terrain along the way (dead spots). Enjoy the scenic view up north!
- Bus types may be downgraded or upgraded depending on the bus availability. We shall issue a refund for the price difference in case of a downgrade.
